Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons Heading To PS4, Xbox One & Mobile

5-5 Games have today confirmed the award winning Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons will launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this Summer, with a port to mobile platforms also coming later in the year. The new console release will come complete with Director’s Commentary, Soundtrack and a gallery of Concept Art.

Developed by Starbreeze Studios and directed by filmmaker Josef Fares, Brothers – A Tale of Two Sons is a breathtaking tale of two siblings, desperate to save a father on the brink of death. They are left with only one option: set out on a journey to find and retrieve an elixir that can cure his terminal illness. Throughout their expedition they come to rely on one another to survive. One must be strong when the other is weak, one must be brave, when the other is fearful, supporting each other throughout their voyage. Players must master a unique control system to guide both brothers simultaneously across these perilous lands.

A wholly immersive experience, Brothers is an epic story told without words, set in an ever changing world, ranging from craggy mountain peaks to the musty depths of underground caverns. This unique mythical world, which draws inspiration from Nordic cultures and archaeology, is in a state of transition between the old and the new ways.

Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons released to critical acclaim back in 2013 on PS3, Xbox 360 & PC. Expect further information on the new launch to come out of next week’s E3 event, as the game has been confirmed to be on show at 505’s booth.
